Quintin Marais is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in the leather industry. Since beginning his career in 1995, he has developed extensive expertise in leather technology, customer solutions, business development, and strategic leadership.

In 2012, Quintin took on the ambitious challenge of establishing Rolfes Leather from the ground up, transforming a start-up venture into a respected industry leader in Africa, through vision, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

As Managing Director, Quintin is known for his hands-on leadership style, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and teams. He is passionate about innovation, sustainable growth, and creating a culture where people are empowered to achieve their best.
